“Please read this review, I think you will be glad you did.

My wife and I own what used to be our vacation residence in Gulf Breeze. Purchased in 2016, and have had extensive work done in phases since we purchased it, getting it ready for us to retire there. That meant we needed contractors that were trust worthy, timely, conscientious, high quality, VERY communicative etc.

Many times, if not most of the time we were not there when work was being done, and you can probably imagine what that's like when spending large sums of dollars, and having your house and belongings open to general contractors and their subcontractors without being there. Over the years we have had extensive experience with various contractors in the Pensacola / Gulf Breeze area. All of those contractors over the years with a couple of exceptions have been a total nightmare in one way or another, no matter how carefully we tried to vet them, and how many references we have gotten and how many reviews we read.

NOT Weinrich construction though! John and his wife Hailey and their company in my opinion checked every box for us. We just felt after meeting them that there was instant trust, John will over communicate if anything, and I personally really like that. They looker’s for things that should be done as I part of what they were contracted to do, disused those things and made them happen. How about deadlines? Ever hire a contractor there and they tell you 60 or 90 days, just to have the project drag on for 6 months or LONGER? I've had that happen, many times. Frustrating right? Not with Weinrich, they told us when they would start, and they did. They told us when they would finish, and they did. They told us the price, and that's where it was. Our kitchen, and bathrooms remodel project that they was over 6 figures, it turned out great, done on time, with communication all along the way. Craftsmanship was spot on, little details were not overlooked, etc. I can't say enough good things. We trusted them so much that we now have them about 50% of the way through a brand new guest house we are building right next door.

I guarantee I know how frustrating many of the contractors in the Pensacola / Gulf Breeze area can be. I am in a construction related business in Colorado (retiring to Florida this year) and could never figure out why we had so many bad contractors there. Never had those issues when doing work on our homes here in Colorado, whether they were new or remodel projects. I know I am picky and detail driven, but that should be a good thing for a quality contractor not a bad thing. Why didn't contractors there at least exhibit some of the qualities that all homeowners need and want? I don't know, but I do know Weinrich does check all those boxes and more, at least for us they did, and knowing John and Hailey, im sure they do that for everyone. You DONT have to settle for the one contractor out of ten who calls you back and just accept what you can get. John and Hailey and Weinrich construction are NOT that type of contractor. Give them a shot, and I am 100% sure, you will get what you are looking for!
